Cream of mushroom soup, asparagus tips, garlic bread and Parmesan.
Duck confit, poached pear in mulled wine, roasted parsnips, red cabbage.
Homemade terrine of baked ham, boiled eggs, macedoine, gribbiche sauce.
Pan fried scalops coated in sesame, orange dressing.

Main courses

Roasted baby pig, apple and cider sauce, sweet potato wedges.
Pan fried sea bass, lemon and ginger beurre blanc.
Venison medallions, peas mash, red wine and bacon sauce.

Dessert platter

Special selection to share chocolate, raspberry, mandarine, vanilla.
